Rated one out of five by Dapolloxp from Never got cold I wrote my review on LGs website, but they turn down to post it. I take the aforementioned problem as DavidW48386, the fridge never got common cold. The lowest temperature was 65. I chosen LG support and they told me to look 24-48 hours. Since when does it take a fridge ii days to reach 37 degrees?? My Thanksgiving has been ruined because I couldn't store food due to this fridge. Anyhow, this fridge has serious issues. Stay away until LG fixes the problem. On a positive note, the arts and crafts ice is a neat characteristic. I really wanted to like this fridge but will be replacing it with another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by magicconch from Arts and crafts water ice and well designed refrigerator [This review was nerveless as function of a promotion.] As a new home owner this refrigerator was the start major appliance I put into it, have had information technology for a few weeks and I honey it! The craft water ice is the existent bargain and is something actually unique. In the fridge itself is LG best design in my opinion in terms of shelving for interior space, and it is extremely quiet when it runs. I bought this refrigerator from a local appliance dealer, meaning that if at that place does happen to exist some problems, I at least know at that place is a great warranty included and they volition have intendance of information technology. So far I can't recommend this fridge enough!

Nosotros love the craft water ice maker!! Having three ice options is pretty fantastic. Really like the pre-measured water option also. The adjustable shelves was more useful than I thought for the unexpected big items.

Someday the door is pulled open the outer small door will open, regardless of whether or not the button was pushed. The clasp lifts as soon equally the door is pulled. We take to open the left door and then we will have to reach in the fridge to pull the right side door open from the inside. If this i part is failing afterwards one week I tin't wait to see what's to come up.

[This review was collected as office of a promotion.] I researched refrigerators for a long fourth dimension, and debated whether to go for one with then many features - the old "more to break" adage. I am so glad I got over that, because we are all thrilled with the new fridge. The icemakers are swell and work perfectly, the flexibility of the door in door and adjustable shelf are neat. The freezer is HUGE and I similar that there are several options - a large shallow drawer and two deeper ones. Overall, though it'southward merely been a couple weeks, this is a winner!

The freezer compartment is a little smaller than a side-by-side but the two pullout freezer drawers make upward for the loss of infinite. The water ice dispenser shoots some ice out of the sides of a regular height drinking container onto the floor. Abrasive, so you take to lift the drinking glass up to the dispenser. Not a major setback, you get used to it. Otherwise I've enjoyed not having to curve over a lot to get to the bottom bins of a side-by-side.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ZasinZelda from Flimsy and non-usable space inside the refrigerator I bought this refrigerator considering of the amount of storage space it lists. Because of the brackets, you can't stack things as high as you can in a sub zero. The brackets in the center become in the mode. Besides, there is no space for raw food that may leak. We use the two drawers for veggies and the bottom drawer for cheese and meats. There is no spot left that wouldn't contaminate the veggies. The bottom drawer is terrible. You have to open up up both fridge doors to get to it only the real problem is that y'all can't open up it all the way up. It is hard to stack things in in that location, to find them and get them in and out of the drawer. The lesser shelf of the door in a door is a skinny and non great shelf. There is also a shelf on the other door under the ice maker, that took me over two weeks to find. It is totally useless. You have to duck down completely to see it. If we can't come across it we volition totally forget virtually what is there. I am returning this model to get the same fridge with the convertible drawer. I volition lose the useless bottom drawer of the fridge and on the doors and a flimsy thin shelf in the freezer that we use for ice cream sandwiches and pizzas, and I will proceeds a totally accessible fridge space that I tin can section off for raw food, cheeses, meats etc. That model has slightly less overall space but more than usable space for the fridge if you choose to use the convertible drawer for fridge instead of freezer infinite. I love the door in a door. My family uses information technology for all the daily items that we need. I exercise recommend the fridge but I am not pleased with the layout of this model, nor the flimsiness of some of the plastic shelves.

Rated 2 out of v by Kay66 from Left doors slams close I bought this fridge in Apr 2020. I have had 2 techs come up out the first 1 said our floor was not level. My married man does remodeling and said that was ridiculous he does measurements for a living. And then nosotros had another tech come out and he said it is a malfunction of the style the spring works on the left door and that they have a warehouse full of the same model # fridges and they all do it. And so any others words nosotros meliorate get used to the slamming which is really loud and makes you feel similar information technology is vehement upward the fridge. My question is has whatsoever one else had this trouble. I love this refrigerator but hate the door slamming. I now wish I had bought a different refrigerator, considering I cant stand the loud sound information technology just seems like this is actually wrong.
